Administration & dosing

Tirzepatide is administered as a once-weekly subcutaneous injection into the stomach, thigh, or upper arm. Your licensed provider will determine the appropriate starting dose and escalation schedule. All supplies — syringes, alcohol swabs, and step-by-step instructions — are included with every shipment. Administer on the same day each week, with or without food. Store between 36°F and 46°F. Do not use if you or a family member have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).
